RETURNS or REFUNDS of the Order

We (Fnc Studios) have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

Note:

You'll be eligible for a return or refund, Only if your item was Delivered wrong, Defective or Damaged.

You need to email us at fnccollection21@gmail.com with proper images of the product showing the defect and original packaging. And it should be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellation of the Order

If you want to Cancel the order you have Placed, you have to do it within 24 hours from placing the order

There will be no hidden charges for any (Return, Refund or Cancellation).
